Brad Siler – Owner, Pencil Log Pros

Brad Siler is a Missouri native and a proud 20-year U.S. Navy veteran who completed nine active-duty deployments around the world. After his military service, Brad moved to Colorado in 2007 and served the City of Grand Junction for seven years as a firefighter and paramedic. During that time, Brad and his wife, Valerie, owned and operated an assisted living facility. Managing the property sparked his passion for hands-on problem-solving and led him to begin doing handyman work. Over the years, Brad completed hundreds of projects, earning a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity. Driven by his commitment to excellence, Brad joined forces with his long-time friend and construction expert, Donald Pennington, to launch Pencil Log Pros. The company was born from Brad’s firsthand frustration with unreliable contractors who failed to return calls or deliver on promises. Today, Pencil Log Pros stands as a trusted name in craftsmanship, built on Brad’s belief that every homeowner deserves professionalism, communication, and work done right the first time.
